CANCELLATION POLICY, PAYMENTS & CLASS GUIDELINES
A Little Note From Me
At French Smile, flexibility and kindness truly matter to me. I understand that life is busy — meetings run late, children get sick, plans change. I always try to be understanding and supportive whenever possible.
At the same time, as an independent teacher, each scheduled class represents dedicated time, preparation, and commitment on my side. In order to keep things fair, respectful, and sustainable for everyone, the following guidelines apply.

PRIVATE FRENCH COACHING JOURNEYS
Monthly Structure
French Smile coaching is organised in monthly journeys (4, 8, or 12 hours per month), designed to support consistency, progress, and long-term confidence.
Each month, your coaching time is reserved specifically for you and adapted to your personal rhythm and goals.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

A session may be rescheduled if you notify me at least 12 hours in advance.

Sessions canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time are considered completed.

When possible, I will always do my best to offer an alternative time within the same month.
This ensures continuity and respects the preparation time dedicated to each session.
MONTHLY COACHING STRUCTURE
Your coaching journey is based on a fixed monthly rhythm.

All coaching hours are designed to be used within the same month

This allows for consistent progress and personalised adaptation

Sessions are planned together to match your availability as much as possible
Unused hours do not automatically carry over, as each month is designed as a complete learning cycle.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late, the class will still finish at the originally scheduled time, in order to respect other students.
Thank you for understanding that I cannot extend sessions beyond their reserved time.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If a student does not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, or arrives more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
If you are running late, a quick message is always appreciated 🤍
COACH CANCELLATION
In the rare event that I need to cancel a class, the session will of course be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Your time is valuable, and I am fully committed to honoring our schedule together.
PAYMENTS & INVOICING
Monthly coaching journeys are invoiced at the beginning of each month.
Payment confirms and secures your coaching time for the month.
NEW STUDENTS
For new students, the first session is confirmed upon payment.
This ensures clarity and a mutual commitment from the very beginning of our work together.
À LA CARTE SESSIONS
I also offer occasional one-off sessions when additional support is needed.
À la carte sessions are limited and subject to availability, in order to prioritise ongoing coaching journeys.
Billing for these sessions is included in the monthly invoice issued on the 25th of each month.
À la carte sessions follow the same cancellation and rescheduling policy as outlined above.
AGREEMENT
By booking a coaching journey, you confirm that you have read and understood these guidelines.
